My name is Cristina and I’m originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I have been living for almost 10 years in Holland.
When I first arrived in Holland I found out that there was almost no place to go to get a Brazilian wax. It seemed as if there was no market for it. While in Brazil, getting a Brazilian wax, is as normal as getting a haircut.
Fortunately I soon met a Brazilian woman who had been working as a Brazilian waxing specialist back in Brazil. We then agreed upon waxing each other. A while ago the woman returned to Brazil.
I then found a salon in Amsterdam who claimed to do Brazilian waxing. When I went there the waxing was done so unprofessional that it really hurt. It was very clear that the woman wasn’t a professional.
In the mean time it became clear to me that there was an opportunity for me to introduce the authentic Brazilian waxing to Holland. In my point of view the market was now ready.
I decided to go back to Brazil to study to become a Brazilian waxing specialist. I started studying at the most renown educational institute of Brazil. Getting educated in al aspects of Brazilian waxing.
Back in Holland I started my own Brazilian waxing salon at home. And since then it has been a great success. My customers are one by one very enthusiastic and satisfied about my treatments.
